CDM Flooring is a West Coast-owned flooring company based in Westport, New Zealand, providing commercial and residential flooring supply and installation services throughout the West Coast.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotations are provided in good faith and remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.
Unless otherwise specified:

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Pricing may be subject to change if project specifications, product selections or site conditions change before work begins.
Product Availability
We work with a range of trusted flooring manufacturers and suppliers.
While we make every effort to source products as quoted, availability may occasionally change due to supplier delays, discontinued products or circumstances beyond our control. Where this occurs, we will discuss suitable alternatives before proceeding.
Installation
Our installation team takes every reasonable care to deliver quality workmanship.
Clients are responsible for ensuring:

Safe and clear access to the work area.

Furniture and personal belongings are removed unless otherwise agreed.

Other trades have completed work required prior to flooring installation.
Unexpected site conditions such as moisture issues, uneven substrates or structural defects may require additional preparation before installation can proceed.
Colour & Product Variations
As flooring is a manufactured or natural product:

Colours may vary slightly between samples and installed products.

Timber, laminate, vinyl and carpet products may display natural variations in texture, grain or shade.

Lighting conditions can affect the appearance of flooring.
These variations are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined on your quotation or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:

Deposits may be required before materials are ordered.

Progress payments may apply to larger commercial projects.

Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
Late payments may incur collection costs where applicable.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to flooring products supplied by CDM Flooring.
Our installation workmanship is carried out to recognised industry standards.
Warranty claims may be subject to manufacturer inspection and assessment where applicable.
Warranties do not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents or flooding.

Improper cleaning or maintenance.

Alterations completed by third parties.
Care & Maintenance
Following installation, clients should follow the manufacturer's recommended cleaning and maintenance guidelines.
Failure to maintain flooring correctly may affect warranty eligibility.
